How long will my order take?
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing, plus delivery time. UK: 3–7 business days. Europe: 5–10 business days. Rest of World: 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@rockdropstudio.com with the subject "Returns". Please note: custom/commissioned products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship to the UK and internationally — just add your items to the bag and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
