What materials are your products made from?

All our apparel and lifestyle goods are made from high-quality materials selected for comfort and durability. Each product page includes specific material details, but most of our garments use premium cotton blends and our accessories feature durable, long-lasting fabrics.

How do the sizes run? Do you have a size guide?

We provide detailed size charts on each product page. Our items generally follow standard UK sizing, but we recommend checking the specific measurements for each product to ensure the perfect fit.

Are the designs printed or embroidered?

We use printing and embroidery. Some products use both techniques, It depends on the product you choose, the vast majority of our garments are printed, with hoodies, sweatshirts, and crops having an embroidered element on the sleeve. Our designs are professionally printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology, which ensures vibrant colours and excellent detail that lasts wash after wash.

Ordering & Production

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order just for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, followed by shipping time. UK orders usually arrive within 7-12 business days total, whilst international orders may take 10-20 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Because we begin production quickly, we can only cancel or modify orders within a few hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK and internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If you are unsure if we deliver to your country, feel free to contact us at helllo@rockdropstudio.com for details.

What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

We've got you covered. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with photos (if damaged) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Are there customs fees for international orders?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If there's a printing error or quality issue, we'll gladly replace your item or provide a refund.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We recommend checking our size guides carefully before ordering. If you receive an item with a printing defect or quality issue, we'll replace it, but we cannot exchange items simply due to size preference since each piece is custom-made.

What if there's a defect or printing error?

We stand behind our quality. If you receive an item with a defect or printing error, please contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Care Instructions

How do I wash and care for my item?

To keep your items looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours
  • Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Do not iron directly on the design
  • Do not dry clean

Will the design fade over time?

When cared for properly following our washing instructions, your design will maintain its vibrant appearance for many years. Our high-quality printing process ensures long-lasting, fade-resistant designs.

Promotions & Discount Codes

How do promotional discount codes work?

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time on selected products only, one use per customer. They cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to availability. Simply enter your code at checkout to redeem your discount.
